3. Information Collection

We develop and publish mobile applications focused on In-App Advertising (IAA). Our Apps collect limited personal data and Non-Personal Identification Information (NPII).

A. Non-Personal Identification Information (NPII)

We may collect NPII about Users whenever they interact with our Apps. NPII may include:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., Advertiser ID - GAID).
• Usage Information: Time spent in the App, features used, interactions with in-game elements, crash reports, and performance data.
• IP Address and Geo-location: Approximate geographic location derived from the IP address, used for analytics and ad targeting.

B. Personal Information (Limited)

We generally do not collect personal identification information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers directly from our Users.

FruitGames Team primarily uses the collected NPII to operate the App and, most importantly, for In-App Advertising (IAA):

• For Monetization: The primary purpose is to display targeted advertisements via third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin). Device identifiers (Advertiser ID) and usage data are shared with these partners for ad targeting and capping.
• To Improve Service: We use analytics data (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided in our Apps.
• To Personalize User Experience: The information allows us to optimize the content and ad experience based on the User's device and approximate location.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing (Ad Networks and Analytics)

We integrate various third-party services that collect and process data independently. By using our Apps, you consent to the privacy policies of these third parties.

We retain NPII for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

C. Children's Privacy (COPPA/GDPR Compliance)
